Our chefs at Sticky Walnut have created a special menu to treat you both this Valentine’s Day, including dishes such as sea-trout ceviche with orange, daikon, wasabi and frisée and treacle-cured ham with pickled squash, apricot purée and tarragon. You could enjoy blackened cod loin with confit Jersey Royals, mussels, saffron soubise, sea vegetables or share a beef wellington for 2. For dessert, indulge in dark chocolate tart with orange curd and Chantilly cream.
Date night could mean taking precious time to talk and laugh together with someone you’ve shared a lifetime with already or coming together to get to know each other a little more at the beginning of something new. Either way, we’ll light the candles and get the wine flowing to make it a memorable night. You’ll be sure to leave full of warm and fuzzy feelings, as well as a satisfied stomach.
